What can you do with the Miss Casey app?
Plan trips: Enter your flight details to create a trip. Miss Casey gives you useful information before, during and after your trip.

Store travel documents: With the app you can add photos of your travel documents, so all your documents are conveniently stored in one place for easy access.

File a claim: Should your flight be delayed, cancelled, rebooked, or you are denied boarding, you may be entitled to financial compensation. Miss Casey ensures you receive what you are entitled to.

File a baggage claim: Should your baggage not arrive at the baggage reclaim, Miss Casey informs you of your rights and what you can do.
